Focus mode and the phone app
What Focus mode is
Konvyra works on your phone. It is the same Konvyra as on the computer, with the same sign-in and the same permissions, but on the phone it only shows what you need on the move: calling, following up and moving deals. That is called Focus mode.
Focus mode simplifies what you see; it does not change your permissions. Advanced features are hidden and every role keeps its core jobs.
- On a phone Focus mode is always on. All of Konvyra is on the computer.
- On a computer it is off by default. Turn it on in the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar with Focus mode, and off again in the same place.
Install the app
You do not have to install the app to use Konvyra on your phone. The browser works just as well. If you install it, it gets an icon on your home screen and opens without the browser's address bar.
Android (Chrome, Edge)
- Open Konvyra in the browser and sign in.
- Tap More in the tab bar at the bottom.
- Choose Install the app.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open Konvyra in Safari and sign in.
- Tap Share.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
On iPhone you can also choose More and then Install the app, which shows the same instruction.
On Android you also get straight to Calling, Tasks and Search by pressing and holding the icon.
Update the app
When a new version is available, New version available · Update appears. Choose Update to load the new version.
What is included
The tabs at the bottom depend on your role:

Search is an icon in the top bar for every role. You open leads, contacts, companies and deals from lists, search or cards.
Under More you find your profile, theme, language, Install the app and Sign out.
How it works on the phone:
- Calling (Sales rep): the next lead as a card, a large Call button that opens your phone's dialler, outcome buttons, a note and Save and next. Konvyra does not place the call itself; your phone does.
- Tasks: your tasks with quick add. See Tasks and calendar. Callbacks are among the tasks.
- Pipeline (Sales rep): your own board. Move a deal by pressing and holding the card and choosing Move to.
- Overview (Sales manager, Administrator): key figures and leaderboard.
- Outliers (Sales manager, Administrator): the cards that show what needs action, with an action per row. See Outliers.
- Records: the most important fields, activity and a note right away. The other fields are under Show all fields.
What is hidden
Focus mode hides, among other things, import and export, advanced table settings, settings for pipeline, teams and lists, all report tabs except Outliers, and Administration.
If you open a hidden page on the phone you are told it is only on the computer: This page is only available on desktop. Use Back to return. On a computer you can open the page even in Focus mode, or turn Focus mode off.
Connection
The app needs the internet. The app itself starts quickly even with poor coverage, but data is always fetched live and nothing is stored for later.
If you lose your connection, No connection. Changes will not be saved until you are back online. appears and the buttons that save or create are disabled. What you have typed stays on the screen as long as you do not leave the page, and you can save once you are online again.
So you cannot work offline: changes are not sent afterwards.
